Kenneth Copeland Ministries And Knowing My Purpose

I did not know my own self until I found Kenneth Copeland Ministries and everything grew to become obvious to me. I understood who I am and what I must do with my life. I will reveal to you relating the incidents to this realization, I’d want to grab the liberty of telling what exactly took place.

It was actually in my grade school which I started out to question my religion and who I actually was. At first, I thought it was just pretty usual for children to be so philosophical simply because they usually have incredible brains that seem to be always in the mode of finding the truth about phenomena and occurrences.

Some kids at their young age asked about the real explanation why the earth rotates around the sun or why there are billion of stars in the night sky and not visible during day time. But as for me, my inquiries were about the origin of all creatures and the creation.

I remembered one occasion I asked my mother if the concept of having a Supreme Being is scientifically proved and verified. My mother told me that not all can be explained by Science, and that God is not just a concept, He is a living flesh and within our hearts. At that time, I felt she was so bothered because she asked me to pray instead of searching for the answers on a book. She said that prayers have a lot of astonishing effects and one of which is enlightenment. She said that enlightenment is not limited to reading and understanding the content of books, rather, it is an effect when you will finally find the truth within yourself.

I love my mother because she constantly comforts me in times of confusion and that is exactly the reason I didn’t grow up a trouble maker.

But that time I was so uncomfortable that I tended to ignore my advice.

When I reached college I still experienced those queries. However, something strange but great took place. My best friend invited me to come for a prayer session with Kenneth Copeland Ministries. I was apprehensive that time since I have not attended a prayer session before and I didn’t understand the stated ministries and what exactly they do. I had been halfhearted but surprisingly I responded affirmatively.

During that prayer session I, in no way, believed I’d get a really comfortable feeling. It felt like I was floating. Now, I could point out I was sanctified. And I never felt that good before.

After that session, I started to be committed to reading the Holy Scripture that talks about the beginning of creation and have gone to the prayer session regularly. I discovered who I really am. Definitely, I’m a man created by God and my life is set to worship Him.

Right now, I’m confident that I do not have anymore inquiries related to my personal belief and to who I am. I’m precisely what God has created me.

For those wondering how far back the existence of Christians can be dated, it is worth noting here that there are mentions of Christians in the New Testament Acts 11:26. While originally, the term Christian was used only to describe the followers of Christianity; these days, anything simply associated with Christianity is called as Christian – a Christian restaurant, a Christian shop, a Christian label and so on. Almost 75 percent population in North America consider themselves to be Christians. This clearly signifies that religion Christianity makes for one of the most widely spread and recognized religions in the world.

According to a study conducted, a few modifications and differences between the Christians and their convictions have been spotted. Some of the most noted such religion groups happen to be Roman Catholic church, Eastern Orthodox churches, Jehovah’s Witnesses, Unification Church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Christian Science and other conservative, mainline, liberal and progressive religion groups. Notwithstanding each one of them professing the same faith, its ironic how these individual groups consider only their group members as being true Christians or following the faith in true sense.

It is an important thing to see your kids becoming faithful and happy. A person could not really tell that this is just unimportant or it is just a matter of choice. Analyzing And Interpreting The Seven Deadly Sins From A Historic Viewpoint

Ever since early Christian times, the Seven Deadly Sins have served to define the most heinous spiritual crimes a Christian could commit. They have been used to educate Christian people and to make the point that human beings are prone to sin according to the Bible. Even though the list has changed over time, the final version of the list that everyone is familiar with includes wrath, greed, sloth, pride, lust, envy and gluttony.

The modern concept of the Seven Deadly Sins can be linked all the way back to the fourth century and is based loosely on seven things that “the Lord hateth” according to the Book of Proverbs. According to the Bible, pride, lying, murder of the innocent, a wicked heart, causing mischief, acting deceitful and encouraging people to not get along are all acts that God finds contemptuous. Because pride is the only sin both lists have in common, it is probable that the Seven Deadly Sins were based on this number but the specific sins evolved with time.

Beginning around the early fourteenth century, European artists of the era incorporated the seven deadly sins as a popular theme in their works. This change in art caused Catholic culture to give more attention to the Seven deadly sins, creating a mnemonic “SALIGIA” which was based upon the first letters in Latin of the Seven Deadly Sins. Again, the ideas and definitions of the Seven Deadly sins have evolved as time has passed, once including sorrow and despair, extravagance, and vanity. Dante Alighieri’s famous poem “The Divine Comedy” was hugely responsible for popularizing and spreading the idea of the modern list we know today.

Specifically, lust is defined as the act of excessively focusing on sexual thoughts and desires. Christian priests believed that this love of others would render love and devotion to God secondary. Gluttony can be described as grossly indulging of anything to the point that it’s wasteful. For Christians, gluttony is risky because it is associated with greed, or withholding from the needy. Greed is a sin of excess however; specifically it applies to excessive pursuit of status, money and power. For Christians, greed means placing worldly objects and desires above following God’s word and might involve other sinful activities like betrayal, bribery, hoarding, violence, or theft. Sloth is regarded as a sin of laziness and indifference and therefore is seen as less serious than the other sins, because it involves omission rather than going out of one’s way to commit evil acts.

Wrath is described as a very risky sin due to its associations with hatred and anger. These emotions might provoke violence, revenge, and grudges that can last for centuries. Envy is similar to greed because it could be characterized by an insatiable desire. However, greed is associated with material possessions, where envy usually applies to more general things. Additionally, when a person feels envy, they resent the other person that they are jealous of and wish harm to them as a result. Finally there is the sin of pride, which, throughout history has been considered the most heinous sin and the source from which all other sins arise. It is specifically defined as putting yourself above God, ignoring the good work of others, and wanting to be more important and attractive than others. Most importantly, in the legendary story of Lucifer, it was his pride that caused him to fall from Heaven and to subsequently transform into Satan.

When people will look at Kenneth Copeland right now, they will be thinking that he has been in the ministry all of his life. Fact Or Fiction The Rapture Of The Church

At the present time, the expected Rapture of the Church is getting more attention for various reasons, particularly due to the instability in the Middle East region.

Since 1948 when Israel regained its status as a Nation, the world has been anticipating events in the region to see if as many anticipated, we would see prophetic fulfillment unfolding or not, the latter situation resulting in loss of confidence in the validity if the Holy scriptures.

So what is the Rapture of the Church?

It is an event that is expected to literally take place on the second coming of Jesus the Messiah. There will be a physical “rapture” of those believers in Christ that are alive when it happens along with those that are already dead who were believers in their lifetime.

will literally be ‘taken up’ into the heavens where they will meet with their Savior prior to Him setting up His earthly Kingdom over which He will rule and reign for 1000 years. This is also described as His Millennium reign

Why is the rapture of the church such a contentious issue? There are very few believers that do not wholeheartedly believe in the event of the rapture. The Bible makes it very clear in fact that it must happen. The big bone of contention is when it will happen!

The Great Tribulation

The narrative in Revelations which describes the time of the “Great tribulation” when the Father in Heaven reigns down his displeasure on those that would not heed his warnings, is the main reason for all of the disagreements.

It is taught in some churches that two thirds of the worlds population will be eliminated during this time and the rapture is supposed to save all of the Christians so that they are not subject to the trials. The belief is that Jesus the Messiah removes them all out of harms way before the trouble starts. People subscribing to this theory are referred to a pre trib thinkers.

The Mid trib thinkers propose that the believers will all actually be hear for the first 3and a half years of the 7 year tribulation. That during that time they will experience the beginnings of the great outpouring of God’s wrath and punishment on the earth. The then are whisked away to safety just before the emergence of the Anti-Christ who presents himself as a savior to the united world he has orchestrated as he dupes them into believing in the peace he has brought. The Christians therefore avoid the increased troubles of the second three and a half years.

Finally, there is the least popular of the three propositions, the post trib stance. Adherents to this theory teach that the Christians have to wait until the end of the 7 years for the rapture. So, they get to suffer through the whole thing with everyone else. The supporters of each of these positions can make very convincing arguments for their cases and they all appear to have substance. Even to the degree that they can find scriptures which appear to confirm their belief that they are in fact right. It is a most interesting debate.

What is the Almighty God’s position on the rapture of the church?

There is really no other opinion worthy of any serious consideration. “Study to show yourself approved” (2Tim 2:15) is what he encourages us.

There is a common trap to be avoided, that of being complacent, don’t rely on what other people interpret for you. The Lord Himself recently gave me a wonderful teaching regarding the perils of being complacent which you may well find enlightening.

What should you know about the church’s rapture?

My personal conviction is that there exists a deliberate vagueness as the issue is simply an “invitation” to consider a deeper issue of greater importance. The role an individual may or may not play in the coming Kingdom.

I will pray that anyone discovering this message will find that their pursuit of knowledge of the rapture will launch them on a voyage of discovery which will plumb the depths of the scriptures regarding the coming Kingdom (which is nearer than we know)

Kenneth Copeland Ministries Enlightened Me

I am writing my thoughts because I want to let the whole world know about the epiphany I have experienced for the past few months. This epiphany has moved me and changed me and more importantly, made me the man who I am today. It has led me to find my faith to Jesus Christ. Yes, I saw the light and followed it. It guided me while walking to the dark woods. This light radiantly shines from the Kenneth Copeland Ministries.

I was born an ordinary American, to an ordinary American family, whom I thought were doing nothing wrong. We never went to church, and I knew very few people who did go to church. I knew about religion, but I never studied it, reflected on it, and I never gave any thought to it. Although I knew that there were religious people out there, and those who go to church and all, but I never thought it would be important. At first I thought they were just a bunch of fanatics, each and everyone of them, including the Kenneth Copeland Ministries. You could say I was an atheist, or a non-believer.

This was the belief that was imprinted in the back of my head for a long time. But my life took a different turn as I started taking my post graduate degree in history. I had majored in Western history, and I had this professor that was very articulate and well learned. I thought that he, like most scholars in the academe, had no religion, nor did he believe in any faith or any god. During his period, we would always debate about history – especially on the topic of the United States history. He said things about the flag and the anthem. Things like, if you look at it at a different perspective, it was more than an anthem but more than a tribute to God. And especially the motto, in God we trust. We usually debated about God in the context of American history.

It had reached the point that I had to confront him about his beliefs after one of his classes. And so I did. He just gave me a card that had an address for one of the Kenneth Copeland Ministries, and his name on it. I was dumbfounded. I did not think this man would be a member of these loonies.

It even happened that I deliberately confronted him about his beliefs after one of his classes. When I did so, he just gave me a card where a specific address was indicated. Later, I found out that it was the address of the Kenneth Copeland Ministries. I was halfhearted if I would pay a visit and see it for myself. I thought his being affiliated with the ministry is silliness.

When I finally did convince myself to go there, I was shocked that my college professor was also one of the higher ups in the ministry. I sat in the session, and listened to their preaching. At first I thought it was all hubbubs, but I found myself interested in what they had to say, and then with no apparent reason, I find myself at Kenneth Copeland Ministries every weekend.

It was then that I became a devout man with faith, and became a more patriotic American citizen. For some reason Kenneth Copeland Ministries has opened a door in my life that I did not think would be possible. It is still so hard to put into words how they have opened my eyes.

If your church does individual baptisms you can ask about renting a hall at the church. Once you know how many people are attending and where you will have the reception, you can meet with a caterer to decide on the menu.

At some point during all this planning, you will be purchasing your child’s outfit for the christening. Some families have heirloom gowns that are passed down through the generations. This is a lovely idea that brings additional sentiment to the day, but if your family does not have anything like this, or if you just don’t care for the heirloom gown, you can find the perfect outfit for your child at the stores. The final decision to make is what you will buy your child to commemorate this glorious event. You will want to choose something that they can always keep with them.
